No, we currently only offer shipping.

Shipping is free for all orders over R500. For smaller orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Production times vary depending on the item, with a maximum lead time of 3–4 weeks. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, and international shipping takes 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance).

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and assist with a replacement or claim as appropriate.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your order has shipped.

Yes. Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Addresses can be updated before the order is dispatched. You can do this by emailing exhibitafurniture@gmail.com (exhibitafurniture@gmail.com)with your order number and new destination address. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
