  • Do you offer local pickup?
    No, we currently only offer shipping.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free for orders over R500. For smaller orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • How long does shipping take?
    This depends on your location. Once your order is ready, estimated delivery times are: South Africa: 3-7 business days International: 7-21 business days (subject to customs)
  • What if my order arrives damaged?
    Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the situation.
  • Do you offer fully custom furniture?
    Yes! We specialise in bespoke design and manufacture. You can get started in two ways: Visit the Exhibit A | Originals tab on the homepage or click Create on any page to submit a request. If you already have a design, select Build on the top menu, and I'll bring it to life.
  • How does the custom order process work?
    All custom requests are submitted through an online form. Once we review the details, we will either approve or decline the project based on feasibility. Pricing will depend on the project.
  • Can I return a custom-made item?
    No, all custom orders are final. However, if there is an issue with your item, repairs can be arranged—simply email us (exhibitafurniture@gmail.com) with details and photos.
