Welcome to Exhibit A. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

  • These terms apply to all sales and use of this website.

  • By accessing this website and purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our website indicates acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Orders

  • Our products are handmade to order, and production times vary (with a maximum of 3-4 weeks).

  • Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the items.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments must be made in full before production begins. We accept [list accepted payment methods].

  • The customer is responsible for any additional bank charges or exchange rate differences for international payments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty (CPA Compliance)

  • Cooling-Off Period (ECTA Compliance): If you purchase a non-custom product online, you have 7 days from receipt to cancel the order and return the item for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • Defective Products (CPA Compliance): If a product is defective or faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase, as per the Consumer Protection Act.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, products, images, and other content appearing on this website are the sole and exclusive property of Exhibit A, unless the design and associated copyright have been separately and explicitly assigned or sold by Exhibit A. No part of the materials contained herein may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Exhibit A. Ownership of a purchased product does not confer any rights to the underlying design or copyright unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

  • Exhibit A is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper handling of our products.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, complaints may be escalated to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud or another dispute resolution body.
