SHIPPING POLICY

Exhibit A takes care to ensure all orders are carefully packaged and shipped with reliability in mind. Please review the details below before placing an order.

1. Production & Processing Time

Production Time
All pieces are made to order. Production times vary depending on the item — some may be completed within a few days, while others require additional time. All orders are completed within a maximum of 3–4 weeks. Estimated production times are provided at checkout or upon inquiry.

Processing Time
Once production is complete, orders are prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location, order size, and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping (South Africa): Approximately 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: Approximately 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping option.

3. Tracking & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Exhibit A is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the courier should be contacted directly.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If an order arrives damaged:

Each case will be reviewed individually, and a replacement or refund will be assessed where appropriate.

For lost packages, assistance will be provided in submitting a claim with the courier.

5. International Shipping & Customs

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control.
