Exhibit A ensures that all orders are carefully packaged and shipped with reliability in mind. Please review the shipping details below.
1. Production & Processing Time

Production Time: Each piece is made to order, and production times vary depending on the item. Some products may be completed within a few days, while others may take longer. However, all orders will be completed within a maximum of 3-4 weeks. Estimated production times will be provided at checkout or upon inquiry.

Processing Time: Once an item is completed, it is prepared for shipment within an estimated 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and order size. General estimated shipping times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (Within South Africa): Approximately 3-7 business days

International Shipping: Approximately 7-21 business days (subject to customs processing)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
3. Tracking & Delivery

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Exhibit A is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the carrier should be contacted directly.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If an order arrives damaged:

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

A replacement or refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
For lost packages, assistance will be provided in filing a claim with the courier.
5. International Shipping & Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
