• Keep Away from Water: As this piece is designed for dried plants, avoid adding water to the vase.

• Dust Regularly: Gently dust the wood and bunny tails with a soft cloth to keep them looking fresh.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading, so place your centrepiece in a well-lit area without direct sun exposure.

• Handle with Care: Dried bunny tails are delicate, so handle them gently to avoid breakage.

• Clean the Wood: If needed, wipe the wooden surface with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not soak the wood.

We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer the following policy:

• Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the board is unused and in its original packaging.

• Damaged Items: If your board arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

• Custom Orders: Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns on custom pieces are not accepted unless defective.
