- Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Damaged Items: If your serving board arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

Care Instructions
To preserve its finish and tone, wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately.
Do not soak or wash under running water.
Re-apply wax every 6 to 12 months to maintain its soft sheen and protective seal.
