We take great care in crafting each Challah Board to the highest standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following policy:
- Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Damaged Items: If your board arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
- Custom Orders: Due to the unique nature of personalised challah boards, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect.
